NBA structure

The NBA is made up of two committees – the executive council and management committee.

The executive council is responsible for governance, establishing policies, advisory and planning and resource allocation.

The management committee is responsible for implementing agreed policies and planned activities from the executive council, oversight and reporting on the effectiveness, efficiency and management of the Association.

The secretariat is responsible for general membership, public relations with other organisations, publicity, and project management on behalf of both the executive and management committees.
